Anyway, when Mr. Preforeclosure (Jeff Kaller) was up there they were talking about putting together the short sale package and when they got to the part about lenders wanting an estimated settlement statement (HUD-1) they told us about a free web based application that automatically generates these for you. I have been using it (it is FREE) and it is definitely faster than having to wait on the title company to do it, and it is super easy. It emails the finished doc to you instantly.
