veprops 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2006 I've got buyers in Madison who need to move by 04/16 who are looking for at least 2,000 square feet and at least 4 bedrooms...preferably five. They've got money down, and I've already had them talk to a mortgage broker who says they'll be able to get their own loan within the next 24 months.
