Doug Pretorius (ON) 9 Report post Posted October 15, 2006 I tested a new ad on craigslist based on Craig's (our Craig) suggestions. Within a few hours I had 3 interested buyers. Unfortunately craigslist also deleted my ad LOL That's not the half of it though. I just checked my site statistics, and in the few hours that ad was up, my site received...get this...1749 hits! The ad very simply read: Motivated Seller! Beautiful home BARGAINS! I must sell all these homes right now and I'll help YOU to buy--down payment help, sell below market value, pay your closing costs--whatever it takes to get you into one of these homes! More Pictures and full Descriptions at http://www.HomesEveryday.com And then it had pictures of 4 of the homes. That's it. I'm not sure why it got flagged and deleted, and unfortunately it didn't lead to any sales. But it sure drove the traffic! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
