Moving out of area. Want to move 1st of year. Wants sale, but may consider lease-option or subject to with right investor managing or buying property. Needs 30k cash at least. Total loans 223k No repairs needed; move-in condition, except no lawn in back yard. 3 bedroom with huge family room/office which could be 2 bedrooms or large bedroom and family room.
