BASIC RESEARCH SERVICES

ResearchRetrieve offers mail scrubbing services in which we verify that the address on record is the most viable option to which mailings can be sent.

 

Mail scrub pricing is as follows:

• $480.00 per batch of 100 submitted leads.

• $405.00 per batch of 75 submitted leads.

• $300.00 per batch of 50 submitted leads.

DETAILED RESEARCH SERVICES

For a single lead search we charge $20.00, which is to be paid upon assignment of the lead. This fee provides unlimited searches regarding the assigned lead, direct telephone contact with the owner, a clear "yes/no" as to their interest level in selling and an address to which to send future mailings.

 

Yearly search contract pricing:

• $1,200.00 per 100 leads.

• $ 700.00 per 50 leads.

• $ 400.00 per 25 leads.

• $ 180.00 per 10 leads.

 

Should direct contact with the homeowner be impossible for any reason, ResearchRetrieve WILL provide a list of relative contacts as well as the most recent verified address for the homeowner.

 

Yearly search contracts are to be paid-in-full upon the signing of said contract, and are good for one full calendar year from the date they are signed. Should you need to upgrade at any time, you will be provided a credit toward said upgrade.

CALLING SERVICES

With an approved script, ResearchRetrieve will contact the most recent verified telephone number in an effort to determine willingness to sell the property in question. No more than 20 calls will be in an attempt to make contact with a lead. Should the most recent telephone number on file be determined disconnected/changed, you will be notified as such.

 

Calling pricing is as follows:

• $240.00 per 300 leads called.

• $270.00 per 200 leads called.

• $300.00 per 100 leads called.

MAILER SERVICES

ResearchRetrieve will mail a basic postcard which gauges the homeowner’s interest in selling the property in question. This option includes verification of where the home owner receives mail. If contacted due to a mailer, ResearchRetrieve will keep your office abreast of the situation and facilitate three-way communication between all parties.

 

Mailer pricing is as follows:

• $525.00 per 300 postcards mailed.

• $450.00 per 200 postcards mailed.

• $300.00 per 100 postcards mailed.
