Jonathan RexfordFL 8 Report post Posted July 2, 2007 Richie, When you do an assignment of contract either lease option or assignment just be sure that you have a phrase something like: Assignee assumes and agrees to perform all of the duties of Assignor in the Contract, which accrue and become due on or after the effective date.
