Greetings all,

I owned some property I couldn't flip and ended up watching someone make over 60,000 after doing a short sale on my property, working on it and selling it during a harsh market. As grateful as I was to see him save my credit, I was near obligated to research his efforts in an attempt to repeat them myself.

 

I am thumbing through these forums to expand my education so feel free to hit me up with information and help me down this new path.

Not too much info on short sales here, my man.

But there is more than 1 way to skin a cat.

Lease Options & Cooperative Assignments are the

bread-n-butter around here.

Who knows, maybe you'll shift your focus onto

these and become a Naked Investor.

 

Other than that, welcome to the dark side. :lol:

I would agree with Jason. More than one way to SKIN that cat. Now the best source for Short Sales is Cory Boatright. Do a google search as I don't want to violate the board rules even though I just did. He ain't cheap I think the course is around 800 bucks. But the 30-60 dollar e-books are out dated. Plus this KID is in the game.
