Doug Pretorius (ON) 9 Report post Posted November 8, 2008 I'll take it on a 99 year option if the payments are about $100/month

MichaelC 160 Report post Posted November 9, 2008 If its a home send it over......CAN I HEAR.....SHORT SALEIt's a condo, and he is current on his payments. Doesn't want to go short sale. I told him his only option is to rent it out for a while. . .like 10 years.
Jonathan RexfordFL 8 Report post Posted November 9, 2008 Actually he can have another option. He can contact the bank and say that I wish to see if we can do a short refi on the this property. If payments are current and it is truly over valued they will more than likely approve a short refi based on certian loan terms. Some of the lenders doing them are Wells Fargo, Chase, Country Wide and Litton just a few.
