Im just not sure of what contracts i need to lock the deal? Can anyone help me with the correct contracts? Are they different from state from state? Thanks Again http://www.naked-investor.com/the_manual.html I have The Charlton Sheets forms and have used the purchase agreements but not yet the L/O forms and to do it as a c/a would it work? A paragraph in it state's Leesee may assign this agreement but may not sublet any portions of the premises without prior written consent of the lessor. Can you help me understatnd this part?
