Guest Diver Report post Posted August 23, 2009 After one year the Diver finally did his first CA. Forest the darn thing jumped out and bit me in the buttocks. Guest Diver Report post Posted August 23, 2009 Pretty simple really. A gentleman called about one of my other homes and nothing fit his bill. I said that I may have a place down the road from me but I'd have to ask the out of state owners. They said yes as they were losing 8K a year holding it.
