fanelli19 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2009 When you are meeting with a seller and want to use a short offer form for a CA, what are you putting in as the option price?Is it the net price to them? Or is it the full price that includes the added on dollar figures for the expected option consideration and rent credits? That part confuses me. Thanks.
