buykguy 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2010 Thanks everyone for the replies to my previous posts. I had a general question that I wanted to ask. My wife and I are going to be doing this together and she has her license, but it is inactive right now. I want to be able to contact sellers that have their properties listed, but I'm not sure if there would be a problem with the board since my wife has her license and will be working with me. I know there are benefits on both sides. Any advice? I know some of you have active licenses, but how do you handle your broker as far as compensation when you do a deal. speedingpenguin 19 Report post Posted December 4, 2010 I try and avoid listed properties because I am licensed.Maybe I like to walk the fine line, but if you're the one calling/talking with the listed properties, you can tell them that you are NOT licensed, so it shouldn't be a problem, right?
