If you are, anything I need to be particularly concerned about regarding my contracts and wording of contracts? Any additional paperwork needed? MichaelC 160 Report post Posted July 18, 2011 Chris, I'm not in CO, but as far as the paperwork is concerned, it's always a good idea to run it by a local real estate attorney. Preferably one who is also an investor, or at least understands the investor mentality. You should be fine.
