Can anyone help me I'm looking for a short forum letter to send to seller explain details of deals (numbers) before we go into the contact/option stage. I appreciate it! Once you and the homeowner reach a preliminary agreement, then you go with the full set of docs. Anyway, here is a Short Form that I and others here use.
