I have a seller who is looking to sell his property and buy something else. Ideally at the same time since they can't afford to sell the house with no place to move to. The area the home is in is Defuniak Springs. The are looking to stay in the same town or surrounding areas.

This could be a real sweet deal. Could lead to 2 deals at once. If anyone is in that area, please let me know and we can work something out.
