Hi my name is Alex, I have my ways of coming across good real estate deals all over the Untied States. Whether it be a single family rehab to a larger development deal. However I have no funds to purchase any of these properties, so I'm looking for a private lender that will finance 100% of the deal, or a partner that will put up the money and I will do all the leg work to split the profit, or an investor that I can assign contracts to.
