  1. You guys seem to be quite experienced. I'm putting this info out here to see if this is a deal or no deal. Seller is asing 185K; the comps are running low $175 - $199. This home could sell for 199k. They are willing to do seller finance with 5k option and payments of 1300 per mo but would like to cash out in 6 mos if possible. This property has been on the market since 6/06. Tthis was a rehab purchased for 120k then appraised for 135k. They are motivated to sell but I'm not quiet sure. I would like to purchase and hold but make sure this is a fit. How do I determine what is owed and balance? AM I MISSING ANY INFO?
