  1. My manual is on its way! I would like to hit the market hard and market to sellers in mass. Would you guys think it would be a good idea to hire someone off odesk to do cold calling customers and getting info off craigslist while I do the same? Would you guys give them a script to do and have them write down the maybe's and yes', then I call them back and get into the deal? I sort of want to tag team and hit hard. Thanks for your input! Please also give many any other marketing suggestions. THX Joe N00B

  3. Both of my parents are the other members. They have way more experience in the RE field. Mom is a loan officer and did SLOs back 10 years ago and Dad is a realtor. I am a 20 year old college student who majors in Business and will be partnering with them to use their experience and grow something I can move into full time after school. I just did not want them signing in their names and not the LLC. Thanks for your help! Joe N00B
  4. Would it be better to sign the lease, option, and CA agreement in my LLC name? I have a few people working with me who would be signing contracts in the name of the company as well. Thanks, JoeN00B
  5. Hi Wonderful Forum Members, I am ready to get started and my Manual is on the way. I just have a couple of questions about the CA. When you do CAs, how do you ensure you are not caught with the lease and paying it? Is it better to sign an agreement with the owner which would give me 45 days to find a tenant buyer, then activate the CA? Also, would I get my money from charging an assignment fee to the t/b and getting that upfront, or will I get my money after they have purchased the house? I will be reading the book once it comes, but I just want a better understanding. Thank you in advance for your help! Joe Newbie!
