At Property Magnet Real Estate Investors our intention is to bring a fresh and innovative approach to the selling and buying of real estate in particular, and to the real estate industry as a profession. Our intention requires us to make a dynamic shift in our thinking about the business we are really in!

We are in the business of solving problems and making a difference in the lives of others! With that in mind, the business we are really in is the "problem solving business".

We will always conduct our business in an ethical manner. Whether or not we are able to strike a deal with the seller today, we will be the person they will want to call back when their circumstances change and they are finally motivated. With time, circumstances change for everyone!

It is our job to help sellers and tenant/buyers understand how we can assist them AND equally important, to always be upfront if they want or need something we just won't provide.

Probably the biggest thing we can do is to understand the importance of doing what we say we will do. Keeping our WORD! We will never promise sellers or tenant/buyers something we are not able to deliver.
