  8. Hello Fellow Investors, My name is Jerry P. I am a wholesaler of Brand New Homes in the state of Florida. I am looking for an Investor partner to work with that has good credit and wants to work with me to Buy and Sell Brand NEW SFR Homes in Florida. The equity spreads are very good, Usually $ 60,000 to $100,000. I also use a special private money "Marketing tool" to offer the end Retail Buyers of the homes we buy a NO MONEY DOWN purchase offer so we can sell them quickly.   9. Greetings Fellow Investors, This is Jerry from Orlando, FL. I am a wholesaler of NEW Homes, Condos, Townhouses and etc.. We sell these New Builder properties all over the state of Florida. The benefit of buying new homes is that there is NO REHAB needed. Granted you may not get a 50% LTV but the equity spreads in these properties is very good. These homes are sold as ALL CASH or You get the financing and close the deal, or you get hard money to purchase the deal. You can also get CASH back if you wish. Our inventory changes all the time and the houses do tend to sell quickly. Currently we have some great deals on SFR Homes in Ft. Myers. Next week we will have a block of new Homes in the Orlando area, and at the end of the month we will have some new homes in the St. Augustine area Please feel free to come on one our monthly buying tours.
