I need an investor or several for seed money to start a development just outside of Chicago. This will be a very short term investment. The capital will be used to pay for the offering expenses for financing the entire project. Our consulting firm expects the financing to be completed in 60-90 days after receiving the seed money. At that time the investment will be paid back along with a 50% return in cash or nearly double the money by taking 2 lots. The need is for $105,000 total.
