Long story short .. I thought I was getting a loan for the home I want, I put in an offer, now the loan didnt go thru. I Need Cash ASAP. The home I am selling I am currently living in .. till the closing of the other home, approx a week (so i need $ w/in a week) Its located in Middleport PA. (7 miles in between Pottsville and Tamaqua) Its a 1/2 of a double, on a quiet street, not many homes on the street. (next block up is woods for about 2 miles) .13 2 yr old roof, newer wiring 4 bedrooms, 1 bath 1200 sq. ft. pool w/deck, fenced in yard, shed, Newer windows (2 yrs old) Steel doors. Any thing I missed .. please ask. Was appraised at 24,000 Only thing it needs is siding, we started it, but winter came too quick. We have the siding here. Oh and electric/propane heat Willing to discuss any offer at this point, but I do need to get $ for the home I am purchasing, I have 1/2 of that. Take a look n make me an offer.
