I know that sometimes with the way the market is and the way that some peoples credit is that it is nearly impossible to obtain the funds to start a successfully real estate company. I have found a solution to this that would benfit anyone whether they have excellent credit of they have poor to very bad credit. With a $8,000 fee this buys a insurance certificate that guarantees the holder a amount of a loan of $50,000. This is based on a 5 year term. The $8,000 fee is put towards the loan repayment.
