I agree with Kimberly. Anymore my key way to advertise for t/bs is signs. "RENT TO OWN" I put the property address and my phone number on the sign. A couple get placed on the largest high traffic Blvd. close to the property and people start calling. Put out smaller directional signs anyway. Place at locations where they are difficult for people to remove them. Meaning that someone would have to go out of their way to remove them. You may lose some but some might stay in place. One sign in the yard is not going to cut it. Place a large sign(s) on a high traffic street(s) even if it is a few blocks away and those cell phones will start calling.
