Hi all. My name is Ken and I'm new to the board. I have a seller that I have been in contact with via email and would like to know what to do to get around this... "I've been advertising for a T/B myself, but I'm running out of time. We're relocating to Alabama mid-Feb. I'd be interested in what proposals you might be able to offer. Also I'd like some refferences to give me the assurance that your company has a good track record with completing lease purchase transactions." This would be my first deal and don't have any. How can I get around this? Any help would be appreciated.
