    I had my first success with buying a property at the foreclosure auction. Got a great deal, fixed it up, and is now rented out with positive cash flow. Unfortunately, it was all LUCK... Can anyone recommend some good real estate books that FOCUS on different foreclosure strategies? Much obliged!! Jon
