Guest Guest_maxmagic Report post Posted December 17, 2003 When signing documents, do I use my signature and use the LLC name since I am the registered agent of the LLC? Do I just sign the LLC name? Do I just use my signature? I was going to send out a version of the sample intro letter to homeowners included in the naked investor package to expired listings and just put the LLC name instead of signature. Any thoughts? MichaelC 160 Report post Posted December 17, 2003 Max, I've been told the proper way to sign when using an LLC is, for example:MaxMagic Properties, LLC., Max Magic, ManagerThat is how I sign legal documents. For a simple marketing letter, that isn't necessary. While you can do that if you prefer, I just sign my name. It's six of one, half a dozen of the other.
