Andrew Ikeda 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2004 Well, so far, so good. This group had 27 new members in the first 24 hours. We are now up to 30 and counting. Again, I plan to write and post tid-bits on financing and I'll give more details of my apartment complex deal soon. Today I heard it was in underwriting and we should have an answer tomorrow.
