We talk about 'em often, because they are the best way for any noob in our business to break in and get going quickly. Now, granted, that's my opinion, but there are other members here who readily share it, I'm sure.If you peruse the Lease Purchasing forum, you'll find numerous posts about CA deals that have been completed recently.
