MichaelC 160 Report post Posted June 3, 2004 There's feeling above the neck! That's either:A) a hangover;B ) you're growing a second head; orC) your brain is expanding from your recent warm calling activities. I (f-i-n-a-l-l-y) called the first 10 FSBO's on my list from the paper/FSBO magazine. Here's the rundown: 5 Already Sold2 Disconnected #'s3 Answering Machines, I left messages 10 Calls total I live in one of the hottest sellers markets on the East Coast, so it doesn't surprise me that so many #'s I call have the houses sold already. Now, that wasn't so difficult, was it? And it only gets easier, Naomi.Anyway, I'm still alive.Indeed! And it only gets easier, Naomi. Now I'm terrified about those 3 messages I left.....Why? That's the easier part......folks returning your calls. If they don't, then you know they aren't interested. If they do, it could be a sign of genuine interest. Talk, befriend, have fun.Well, I must go clean up the pool of sweat under my chair now Nah. Leave it there as a reminder for when you look back at how you began in this business. Kind of like a fond memento of your early years back when.
