Craig 0 Report post Posted October 14, 2004 Has anyone tried a direct mailing program to homeowners who own property put live outside the area you are farming? Or you could look for tax records going to owners outside the property address. Hoping to find a homeowner who wants to profit from the property but doesn't want the headaches of keeping it leased.
