CS1977 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2006 Was thinking...on my other deals I ran across people asking if they could ouright buy a rent to own I was marketing as a CA. Can I do both and option contract and a CA contract at the same time with a seller if the numbers work? That way I am giving myself another way to get paid if the opportunity arises?
