Doug,My marketing so far for this house has been 1) Ad in our local newspaper(The Telegram). Ads on local craigslist & kijji.com.2) "For Sale" Sign on the yard, 2 additional big white paper boards in the windows near the front entrance giving important details of the deal "Great deal; asking below appraised price, will carry a note of 10% of asking price, for a limited time " 3) A few(7-8) directional signs(flyers) stuck on the electric poles around the area. A few people had them already for garage sales etc. With the amount of snow that was still on the ground, I decided to go with flyers instead of conventional signs.4) 2 flyers stuck(with the owner's permission) inside the nearest & the only convenience store on that street.
