Jason (AL) 1 Report post Posted June 8, 2007 Hey Pete! Glad to see ya back on the boards. So are you now doing more CAs, as opposed to POs?You had mentioned so in a PM a few months back. Or Are you looking to crank up you CA biz? What happened to your "gangster" billboard verbiage?Has that not produced quality results? Me likes some type of variation of: Sell Your House For Top DollarorIf you want to sell, call an agent. If you NEED to sell, call us. I don't use any specific solution in my marketing and advertising (lease purchase...take over payments, etc.)because sellers either don't understand the terms or they won't be inclined to pick up the phonewith such words."Lease purchase" and "take over payments" are the solutions to their problems, not the marketingmessage, per se. In their mind they need to sell, even though my taking over their payments is the best solution. So, I'll use choice words that will get their attention, and will ultimately be what they're gettingby dealing with me.....just what's worked for me... MichaelC 160 Report post Posted June 9, 2007 I still like this, Pete. I agree with Jason that your message will be lost on many folks who don't know what a lease purchase is. But everyone understands your "We Buy Homes Above Market Price!".
