My name is Jerry P. I am a wholesaler of Brand New Homes in the state of Florida.

I am looking for an Investor partner to work with that has good credit and wants to

work with me to Buy and Sell Brand NEW SFR Homes in Florida.

The equity spreads are very good, Usually $ 60,000 to $100,000.

 

I also use a special private money "Marketing tool" to offer the end Retail Buyers

of the homes we buy a NO MONEY DOWN purchase offer so we can sell them quickly.

( I can explain how we do this and it's very innovative and works well as long

as the Buyers have good credit)

 

I am willing to do all the work and split the NET profits 70/30 with YOU the Investor.

FOR EXAMPLE: Net Profit after all expenses is 40,000 Investor get his initial

investment purchase money back pus 70% of 40,000 = $ 28,000

I make $ 12,000.

Then we buy another property and do it all over again. My goal is to

Buy and Sell 3 to 5 properties per year with an Investor.
