Craigslist has finally listened to all of our complaints and created separate listings for 'by owner' and 'by broker'. It is so nice to be able to sort through all of the ads and not have 9 out of 10 be listed by a broker. Time to start hammering the marketing again!! Happy Hunting!! Time to start hammering the marketing again!!Sounds great, but it remains to be seen if realtors will respect it.
