This is not for eveyone but I found out that I had two other friend investors that were using this program and it was working for them so I did my due and I signed up, right now I have two sellers waiting to do two deals using this program. This seems to be working for some people because they offer a bigger persentage than the Institutional Note Investors. The criteria they use to purchase is way to risky for the INI. I asked about this program over at creonline.com cash flow forum and it turns out it was all started buy Guru John Alexander. Being a past Note Broker I won't use it but it works for most, good luck.
