Private investor needed 15% interest

Private investor needed on a SFR that I own free & clear. This home would easily appraise for 70k, and I'm looking at securing a loan of 15k (equivalent to approx. 25%LTV). This would be secured by a first position mortgage, and an interest only loan. Please....please...please....no solicitations from any out of country unscrupulous, non-christian, we don't adhere to "thou shall not steal" individuals.
