randian 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2009 It says "You pay nothing for our services if the Tenant/Buyer does not purchase your house". 1) It implies the owner pays if the TB does purchase, which isn't true: it's always the buyer that pays us.2) It implies we get paid on the purchase, which looks like a commission (should you accidentally send it to a realtor) I shortened it in my copy to "You pay nothing for our services".
