ErikOk 10 Report post Posted October 7, 2011 So, say you have done a lease purchase and collected your fee and are out of the picture. Then some many months later the buyer and seller decide to enter into a sale. At that point, does the seller & buyer go to an attorney to draw up the purchase and sale agreement? Do you tell both of them before you get out of the deal, that typically "I usually close with an attorney, so you both might consider doing so." Thanks PS Still working on getting some leads
