Shar NJ 1 Report post Posted October 27, 2011 Any info on doing a SLO on a multiple unit? I have been doing well with CA's on single family and condos, it would be great if I could incorporate multiple units as well. Contacts=leads=contracts=SUCCESS! MichaelC 160 Report post Posted October 27, 2011 Hello, Sharyn. If you're asking if a lease option could be done on a multi unit, the answer is yes. As Lynn said, you would obtain a master lease and then sublet out the individual units.

Puts you in a stronger position should any legal issues arise.
