pilot76180 51 Report post Posted November 5, 2011 That's no $hit JR.....I control the money till the deal is done...I've had deals where I'm giving the owner $1k or whatever, and I get earnest money to hold the house, and the owner says"Do I get that earnest money?"....NO.....you don't...I don't dish money out till it's all final...It's odd, but the sellers always ask..."who are these people that can't even qualify for a loan?" like they are weird disease carrying humans...yet, I have had more issues with sellers being asswipes than with buyers...no $hit.....
