MichaelC 160 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 I can't recall assigning a CA to another investor, since the terms are pretty much full retail and so there isn't any appeal to an investor. But I have assigned a few sandwich lease deals to other investors a few times. If the terms are attractive the deal will be worth something to someone else.I recall a sandwich lease I was six months into and found myself not wanting it anymore because I was moving out of state. An investor responded to my marketing and, long story short, paid me a $7K assignment fee to take over the deal. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
