MichaelC 160 Report post Posted February 2, 2012 Erik, it will trigger the DOS clause only if a colossal stumbling of the universe occurs and the planets go off orbit. I exaggerate, of course, but I think you get my lack of concern over this issue. Not to say it can't happen, but in all my years of doing these deals, I have never had the DOS triggered. Not once.
