This must be a cash sale and several investors are trying to get funding for this deal. This is an adorable 3/2.5 brick cape on a hill.It is listed, but there is an exclusion until Nov 14th to accomodate a sale to an investor. Seller is moving to another house (realtor has both listings, so will cooperate). We have negotiated the best price anyone has to date. Interested?
