I have several properties I'm trying to sell in the Chicago, IL area. But, I'm not having any luck finding buyers for them? Can anyone give me some advice?

Marketing. It always comes down to marketing. Especially in the market we're in now.

Maybe start working with some loan officers, or even consider getting in touch with some buyers agents.

We have a seller under contract in a Chicago suburb. We have set up a Buyer's Agent Lease Option Agreement and our agent will market the property. We will pay the agent, if successful, one month rent for the service.

Hi, Charles. Sounds like a fair deal all around. Nice move.
