speedingpenguin 19 Report post Posted January 30, 2011 Have you compared the response when using picture messages vs regular text messages? This is a new area of marketing I've never tried before, but I actually found text messaging to be the best way to communicate with the last tenant/buyer I worked with... so I'm open to trying text messages to communicate with sellers as well! I'm not sure about sending picture messages, but I know you can also send text messages with Google Voice for free ;-)

Michael Quarles 1 Report post Posted February 1, 2011 so under a hundred would be appropriate? and what about the ability for the contact to text you back, would that be cool?
MichaelC 160 Report post Posted February 1, 2011 so under a hundred would be appropriate? and what about the ability for the contact to text you back, would that be cool?I would think that would be a necessity, no? If someone receives a text, the first response will in all likelihood to a text reply. If the text directs them to your website or some other such thing, I think that would reduce the effectiveness of your marketing.

MichaelC 160 Report post Posted February 2, 2011 Hard question to answer, Mike. Depends upon any competition for your product and the public's perceived value of it.
