  1. Great Idea ! So I could L/o The Property and Rent to own with sweat equity from T/B with such a large amount of work to be done I thought I would have to do it myself Kitchen remodel.soffits ,roofdoors and windows , would you leave it up to T/b to supply materials or how would I accomplish that?.Really gets the wheels turning .   2. Ok I have been Advertising And I guess I didn't make myself crystal Clear . I have been doing rehab work (For other people ) for a long time. I have My own crew of people and tools. I am tring to get out of the hard labor end and get into more of investing. I keep getting calls on properties , Whose owners would love to do L?O but they are in need of a lot of rehab (10,000 to 20,ooo). I am not really in thr position at the moment to Invest a lot of my money into rehabing although the properties are fair deals.Is there a way I can L?O and rehab a job without so much out lay on my part.These owners just want out not willing to finance the work ,they just want out of area and payment

  5. Thanks Jason . I have started reading the many post that are on here and am also about to purchase michaels manual . I feel more comfortable on here ,one because people seem to be advising for free sometimes in an effort to really help people . I like that.I know people have to make money to keep doing what they do. I do also , But some people I have run across are just blowing sunshine and after they get away with it they get bolder . anyway I am tring to hone in on one or 2 sourses and really dig in and bet the streets to get it goin. tahnks agin Tracy

Help me someone , I am just starting out looking into lease/purchase /options and all that .I have looked around on the web and found reviews about all the stuff on the people selling info on this subject . i amextremly interested and ready to get into the meat of things , But I don't know where to turn to lay a good foundation of info with out spending several thousand $ just to find out that I need somthing else of a 5 day class . I am willing to learn as I go ,I have always learned by experience , I don't think I need anyone to go with me or hold my hand . I just need the ground rules so to speek.can any one steer me in the right direction. I have been reading post on here and feel like there is genuine concern and truthful comments so I have to put my trust somewhere and so here is where I start ... Anyone Thanks Tracy Mills
