  1. Dennis, I used one of John's postcard templates as well. Just sent out 800 as a test. I will be posting the results as I start getting calls or hits on my website. It definitely feels good to be taking action instead of studying. I definitely owe what I have done up to this point to MC and John. That have made this easy to understand and implement. Also, they are very generous with their time and knowledge. Good luck Dennis! Mike P- Ohio
  2. Thanks Michael! I will post my responses when they start rolling in.
  3. Sounds like a perfect time for my first mailing ever! I feel a little more optimistic now.
  4. Thanks MC! That is correct. Both, MP, although the One-on-One Training can be at my location here in Fort Lauderdale, or yours. For additional info, feel free to PM me.
  5. MC, That definitely clears it up and thanks for being gentle. LOL. Also, I am assuming when you do a straight assignment you have no further obligation to the seller once you assign the deal to the end user. One last thing. Do you still do one on one classes in Lauderdale or just classes with John in Texas? Thanks! Mike P
  6. Hello everyone, I purchased the manual back in May. I have read it 3 times and have been on the site almost daily. I am getting ready to send out my first postcard campaign targeted at listed properties in a few weeks (waiting for cards to be printed). I was brushing up on some reading and got a little confused on the difference between Assignments and CAs. I am sure I am making it more difficult than it is. Any help would be appreciated. Mike P- OHIO PS. This is my first post so be gentle.
