I execute the 1. full residential lease and 2. option to purchase for 24months with with "myself " and the seller but under the terms that my t/b aggres to, correct? 4. Buyer, Seller and my self sign the "assignment aggreement". My Tenant buyer name will only appear on the assignment form only correct? 5. With that being said is it good put put somwhere that at the time buyer wishes to execute option to purchase that buyer and seller re execute a purchase and sales aggreement reflecting the rent credits and option deposit?
